Midcentury Italian design was it. We love the soft shimmer of the silver on this oval wire basket. Subtle, classic, chic. This style was imitated often—but this is the real thing, stamped 'ITALY SILVERPLATE' on the underside.

CONDITION

Good vintage; some light scratches, scuffs and tarnish to silver finish in spots; one tine is slightly bent out of position.
